I was diagnosed with breast cancer in October. Mailed 200 postcards to PA, voted with an absentee ballot and dealt with surgery on the 31st. I so expected a joyful election result, but am dealing with despair as I recover. I plan to join the Dem committee in my red CT town. Local efforts matter.
