Having sciatica and being a gym lover is so hard! I have days where I feel so good, no pain and I can do my leg workouts but the following week I have flare ups and I can barely do my shit so I do body weight workouts. Other times, mid workout and my pain is just starting to flare up

Don’t tell me that the police are there to “de-escalate” or remind us that they’re just people when so are the protesters. There are protesters that help keep the crowd in unison/peaceful, people fighting for rights. They’re choosing the right side while cops still choose to be on the wrong side.
