As a result a little new place in Clapham became dizzyingly packed from the moment we opened to when we closed, and although you’re right tips are bullshit - the 12.5% service charge plus cash tips took me to Glasgow to do my masters.

In 2013 you reviewed a new restaurant where I was a newly graduated waitress, who had absolutely no idea what to do with my life. I was estranged from my family with no way to pay for the masters I wanted to do. And then you reviewed it (The Dairy) in your column.
