Also I'm being a bit selfish, bc I'm headed back to WA for a short visit over Christmas and would really like to see a bit of snow, instead of only rain... not very likely, I know!

Not a big fan of these atmospheric river things.

Also.... chemo doesn't fuel anyone. As someone who's watched my mom go through it twice, it seems to me it does the exact opposite of fueling.
