“You weren’t the one attacked by a ningyo when you were six!” Atsumu bickered.

“Oh, not this again. You were eight and you bit her tail because you wanted sushi,” Osamu began to fluff the rice in his industrial rice maker as his part-timers chopped up the ingredients. “Course she’d get pissy cuza that. And it ain’t like ya got a bad curse anyway.”

“No way, you’re cursed?” Bokuto scream-shouted as Atsumu yelled, “SAMU!” at the same time.

“You never noticed his webbed feet? I’m guessing that’s not a Miya trait.” Kiyoomi’s eyes crinkled as he spoke, as if hiding a smile underneath his mask.

You can also use dumbbells but like… who has those. I did PT for my wrists once and these all helped - I still use them. The flexion exercises are more like the ones on the right tho.

As for the grip strength, make some theraputty (thicker, stronger slime to squeeze).

Carpal tunnel exercises from the clinical reference systems. I used to do these in physical therapy for my wrists

So last night I was going through a new fandom and marking fics for later, and AO3 has set up a rate limit! It didn’t stop me from looking at pages for long. But it should stop bots, so that’s nice!

All of these are great but try the tendon glides! I did physical therapy for carpal tunnel and would sometimes have palm pain. All these helped.

Her name is Solvang, which means sunny field in Danish (ironic huh). Named after a little town we stayed in right before we got her. Her personality is so sunny tho, she’s a cuddle monster (sometimes to my detriment haha). She always bleps bc her teeth are mostly gone bc of decay 🥲

I don’t think anything in the fandom could top what Haikyuu canon did to its fandom: cousin-gate, where in chapter 394 of 402 we find out these two are cousins.

I went to my spouse’s holiday party tonight where there was no dress code. Some people came in black tie, others in holiday sweaters, and there were some in cosplay - from Scrooge to Aang made appearances!

We went the sweater route this year after previous fancy years.
