I feel like if you want that cream pie texture, just make a cream pie with whipped cream and gelatin. I had a cranberry cream pie this evening and it was quite delicious. But a few years ago I made a cranberry cheese cake with candied lemons. Was pretty good.

Final update, the project is done.

Why not DIY? Sure I could have suggested we do it. But getting older sucks and also it would take us like forever to do it. Plus they will be excavating the entire backyard. Rebuilding a retaining wall, and a nice fence to keep dogs away from fence line. With a door for access.

Had a rough go at agility class today. Cha-cha was distracted and stressed due to one of our classmates reacting to her as we were leaving the ring. But I was grateful that cha-cha chose flight instead of fight and we were able to go decompress. But she was worried during our turn. 😔
