He would not be a guest of honor, if he attended. He’d be sat with the other former Presidents and president Biden. There will be reigning monarchs & their representatives attending as well, just as w/other state funerals. No one guest of honor. Not protocol.

Yeah, because he was not invited to Bush Senior’s funeral. HW did not want him there. The family made sure he wasn’t. If the Carter family don’t want him to attend, he doesn’t attend. It’s not an open guest list.
