My two sons without disabilities are trying to get jobs. Knock back after knock back! Hundreds of applications between them. I can’t imagine how difficult it is going to be for people that need some reasonable adjustments made to be able to work. It’s awful 😞 where are all the jobs coming from?

Some schools don’t allow you to take PPA at home. Especially common in secondary - they like to have staff on hand to cover other lessons.

I’ve been doing this too, and double checking the answers given. How has it come to this? PAs have a role, to assist doctors not to replace them!
