LbSD is comprised of six focus principals: connecting the dots, participating with purpose, managing the learning load, building feedback loops, deepening meaning and learning, & creating a motivating environment. I think creating the environment can be done before the students enter the classroom.

The Science of Learning should be used as a foundational text for teachers who want to incorporate the understanding of how we learn into their teaching. Simply put, it helps them develop a more well rounded mental model which can lead to more effective learning outcomes.

Kicked my year off going down a rabbit hole of impossibly delulu women. First was Rachel Dolezal. Next? Tiffany Henyard.

Idk what exactly this is doing for me but I’m pretty sure it’s got something to do with fortifying my confidence.
