Surprises me more people aren't talking about this. Here's a map. There can be 500K in a colony, mounds can be as much as 20 feet deep! I only stepped one leg in and sunk to my knee, it had just looked like sand. I couldn't get myself out, screamed, needed help. The pain is like nothing else.
