Started a new lamp today. Keeping with the theme and look of the previous two it will be coil built. It’s a technique that I used almost solely until I switch to slab building. It feels both strange and very familiar at the same time.

Throwback Thursday. (Dating myself by even saying that.) This was from back in the day where all I wanted to was make large coil built “sculptural vessels”. I still have this piece and it’s one that I think still has lessons for me.
