Every time I think about life in any country that ranks better for health, happiness, or education, I get so sad. My chest aches, my stomach sinks, and I want to scream at everyone and everything "American."

The biggest change from WFH for 5 years to bring in an office 5 days a week isn't the commute or the flexibility or the oversight - it's socializing.
Small talk in the kitchen. Saying "Hi" to everyone you walk past (or answering "how are you?" - I don't know, the same as I was an hour ago.) 1/2

In America, companies barely give you time off, then refuse to refund that time if the office closes that day.

My colleagues passed a bill making it an E felony to vote a certain way on immigration bills. You can’t vote your conscience/district in TN without a potential felony. Never-mind constitutionality, I guess. They did not allow a single Dem to ask questions on the full bill.

In 2011, I was 23 and filed for bankruptcy due to medical debt.
I had one procedure in 2010 that cost me $80k. I was a senior in college.
I started my adult life w/ $20k in student debt and bankruptcy.
But millennials are behind cuz they are lazy and CEOs are rich cuz they work hard. #healthcare

This is the wrong move Disney. Animation Courtyard section of the park is practically empty. Why remodel a space that is currently home to beloved rides and restaurants instead of taking advantage of already empty space?
Disney will close beloved Muppets attraction, but the characters aren't going away
The Muppets are getting a new home on Sunset Boulevard in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but the park hasn't said when changes will occur.
