Spent some time sifting through beautiful Letterboxd reviews of the great Robert Redford's films—learned a lot, added loads to my own watchlist, fell so hard for The Way We Were, at long last. A titan.
The Letterboxd community remembers fifteen fantastic films from Robert Redford: luminous leading man, passionate political activist, and one of our greatest champions of independent cinema. Which one is your favorite?

I thought THE TESTAMENT OF ANN LEE was low-key spectacular. Found the music, choreography and aesthetic construction so moving, and love to see Amanda Seyfried being able to give her all again. A religious musical that feels timeless to me? Insane. Always loved Mona Fastvold’s directorial eye.
