Nicely put Rich, I agree about fears of the mass X-odus. That will take time. And whilst we like shiny new stuff, we're also creatures of habit, so it'll be a minute before BS beds in as a proper useful tool. Plus still basic stuff missing for brands to be able to report via analytics.

This is such a smart feature Hannah! Embedding inclusivity as a core consideration rather than an afterthought.
