In the Bay Area alone, dozens of students have had their visa status terminated; nationally, hundreds have been affected. Zachary M. Nightingale, the SF attorney on the case, said: “It’s unprecedented and, I believe, unlawful for the government to terminate SEVIS with no due process.”
