I’m not a lawyer and it has been a long time since I went to journalism school, but recording and reporting on public events is still covered under the first amendment.

I am not the target audience for dating apps, but the only people I see talking about Facebook dating are the women in the “are we dating the same guy” groups finding out their husbands have profiles.
So… maybe “being in a relationship” doesn’t exclude consumers the way you would expect.

If you have to work 6 days a week regularly then you’re either inefficient or don’t have enough people working. No one outside of leadership/founders is doing this. Why would they?
