Concerns arose when it was suggested that employees’ personal data be aggregated in ways that would violate privacy laws without consent. When an employee raised this issue, the response was that they would “try to get consent,” but that it shouldn’t stop them from moving forward with the project.

I hear that. Was thinking of you and the folks I’ve been working closely with. This whole thing is stressful and I am concerned, to say the least.

All I want to do is just not think and keep knitting. I have to watch the politics because the things that are happening are seriously damaging my calm and fucking with my livelihood and my ability to support those I work for.
