This Saturday at the escalation game we play with most rules in place, we have to make a list with only 600 points. I've had little time to paint and yesterday I stumbled on the issue that I don't have a good bronze color for my Sanctifiers. But I'll get them battle ready for Saturday.

Alright, that's some rest! Time to get started on these Sanctifiers see if we can get them all painted before eleventh edition drops haha

So we will be having the first escalation match with lists on the 29th. And this Saturday we have a killteam tournament, I have these Sanctifiers and I'm pretty much decided to take them to the escalation game, it's only 600 points top so I think those flamers are gonna be a good fit

Well, the squad is ready! I messed up Evangeline's eyes but well, it is what it is. Now to read about another squad to name my next batch. 10 done, 160 to go!

So I didn't make it in time. IRL responsibilities held me back and I had to paint the last three just today. But that's alright, for the event itself they only needed to be battle ready. I'll have them and the new unit completely painted for two weeks from now 💪🏽

Due to unforseen circumstances, I'm behind schedule!
On Saturday I'm supposed to have the whole squad painted but I'm three girls short. So the heat is on to finish them between today and tomorrow morning.

I've been really overworked these past two days. But I managed to get started on another member of Evangeline's squad. I'm still not sure which one tho, maybe Haskia or Calyth

Sunday and today I got to paint two more girls from Evangeline's squad. Qi-Oh and young Eugenia. Next challenge will be painting Smiling Joti with the Simulacrum.

So today is the first "class" of our club's 40k escalation game. First round my sisters vs death guard!

Our local game club is doing an event to bring new players to the hobby. It's like an incremental game where we start with a single unit and we go up in points every week. Everyone brings a single unit first and a leader unit to learn the basic rules.
I also finished Munari so the twins are going!

I'm also playing a Cyberpunk Red campaign with some friends every Thursday, so I painted my character today, his name's Rembrandt and the model didn't have the mirroshades nor the goatee. I promise to do better faces in the future 😆

Decided to start with the twins Sarita and Munari. I tried to make the scar on Sarita's face but my synthetic brushes are the most delicate and are all flayed so I had to use a thicker brush with an intact tip, but the result is not that good. Still I'm satisfied.

One of the first Warhammer books I read was Marked By Faith, by Rachel Harrison. And it inspired me to paint my first unit of Battle Sisters as Sister Evangeline's squad. Today I'll ensamble them and plan out the layout. So I guess I'm painting a Martyred Lady army!
