Brave browser might be what you want - bundles a lot of this in by default. Same base (chronium) as chrome so everything still works in the same way. Then use duck duck go instead of Google

If you've already had effects from this ridiculous dose of B6, which are your still taking these particular pills at all? A standard supermarket multivitamin will have all the B12 you need, and nothing this weird.
