Loss of life is bad, only made worse by 30-year rollback in access to health due to US cuts & Europeans moving money to defense.

19 African countries received more than half of their family-planning aid from the U.S. This means, while not uniquely so, women and girls around the world - and specifically in Africa - will be particularly hard hit by the aid freeze.
