Yesterday they brought in the new dishwasher, and it functions. You may be asking how did the order for the new dishwasher reveal they had lied? Well it took 2 weeks for the new dishwasher they had ordered to be delivered. The refurbished one from another unit was brought in on the same day.

That was until the annual city inspection happened and lo and behold immediately after the city inspectors called them out on the sink being broken and the dishwasher being non-functional, the complex ordered us a new dishwasher, in the process revealing their lie to us about the previous dishwasher

This refurbished dishwasher took two to three runs to get most things clean. This is what we were dealing with until September when the refurbished dishwasher broke completely and the kitchen sink started having even more problems. We kept trying to get them to come up and fix it, but they didn't.

So they initially replaced the dishwasher with a refurbished model from another unit and tried to lie to us by claiming it was new. I immediately knew it wasn't knew because the area to pour in the rinse aid was missing its cap, and the gap liner had been cut and refitted.

Just straight up using Newspeak from 1984 now, they are completely delusional.
