Feels very festive to have developed shingles in the lead-up to Christmas. Shingle bells. Merry shingles and a happy new immune system.

Our local dairy farm are giving up home glass bottle deliveries and selling in bulk to Big Milk who in turn supply Tesco only. We used to be a proper country, etc.
