On the stove now! After roasting, deglaze the pan, add to water with parsley, bay leaf, thyme, peppercorns. I simmer mine for 3 or 4 hours. Chill overnight, remove excess fat, strain, yum. Gonna use some to braise drumsticks tomorrow for turkey mole.
