Very helpful to my understabding and enlightening. Tallin initiated correctly.
Minor: Can the creator of that graphic get the last “d” into dependence? I almost didn’t read bc I doubted someone paid accurate attention.

He’s been first in my thoughts in these uncertain days. I’m trying to console myself that 1) it’s just a loan 2)!he’ll be happier contributing regularly than wondering when he’ll play.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. If you count long streams that reach my sweatshirt collar as 10, the tears I shed are 20.

Kid, inevitably. In the US and having wrongly believed (in the ‘70s that [football] was going to be big, I’d given up getting hooked on by 2000s, but the kid found Asamoah Gyan in ‘10 and we followed both to SAFC.
We love underdogs, but had no idea what was coming. All good now.

(Only we get it? How many NBC PL stories are there? Ours is best.)
I particularly like getting Dan Neil’s view of camp and changes. Characteristically thoughtful and genuine as well as upbeat (obligatory).

I hope all of the gems from last year (and before) get satisfying chances this year.

The goal is winning games - going back to a winning habit; if that means playing Tommy at times, fine. I hope for players' reaction. Knowing Tommy's going, breaking up the current gang, gives the rest of them EVERY other incentive to play fantastically so that they can go up and stay together.

I love Eleanor:Yes, Lynden Gooch was an emotional really big deal, comparatively*. But Gareth nails the TW scene, like a Roker Report writer: Fans who want our team to "have ambition" act like betrayed lovers when players seize their chances.
*I'm a Californian loyal to SAFC, too.
