Fed. Two fingers of scotch on ice, cold snap sam adams for a chase. Long day. Flights went fairly smoothly, and even came in 40 minutes early on the second and last leg, to only be foiled by traffic (30 east at 635. When the fuck isn't it the 635.

Husband isn't really on social media, so I've got to text him the gems I find in the wild when I encounter them.

Some right wing accounts are really manic and counting on it always being ok to say slurs again forever now. Wouldn’t bet on it!

It annoys me, the casualness with which my husband considers and consumes plain popcorn as a dessert. It's not even him expressing restraint in some way, it's what he actually wants as a "treat" after dinner.

I'm so charmed by accents. The guys outside right now doing the siding are young to middle aged men, and I'm pretty sure some nth gen of north Vermonter, and the blend of New England, Irish, dash of French/Canadian,

I taught high school math. I couldn't get my students to stop using way too Axe Body Spray. There was no way I was indoctrinating anyone.
The goal here isn't to make public schools more conservative-friendly. The goal is to dismantle public schooling by driving families and teachers away.

One man is responsible for getting 100s of books (including mine!) banned in Clay County, FL. One sad dude! Sitting there filling out form after form with false claims about books he hasn't even read!

It’s pretty unfair to specifically target Elon.

Sacks and Thiel should obviously be in scope as well.

It's almost criminal that it's allowed to be sunny out when it's this cold. I mean, sun is good, never say no to sun in winter in a place where it's a lot of dark, but like, it's soooooooo deceptive. Currently 11 degrees with a feels like 0 and blue skies abound.

We'd been noticing some prints in the snow and couldn't figure out what it was (neighbors dog?), but y'all, we have foxes in our area! I know for many this is a nothing, but as someone who has spent most of their life in cities in the southwest and the south, it's pretty darn cool. 🥰
