I used to work as a receptionist at a debt collection law office. I remember the day after the election in 2016, I overheard the managing partner mention a phone call he had with one of the firm’s clients the night before, who was so happy Trump won because that meant more business for them.

I got a stun gun. Gotta protect myself and my loved ones in this scary ass world. I put it on my keychain next to my pepper spray. And yes I know it’s ironic to take a photo of a stun gun on top of smiley face sheets but oh fucking well.
