Birthright citizenship is settled law for over a century. Even hard line conservative judges won't challenge a Constitutional amendment with more than a century of affirming case law.

If Tennesse wins, there's perhaps a bigger issue--can a state claim a police power issue in medical decisions for minors when there is no danger to the minor. This is a violation of parental rights as upheld for a century in the courts.
