"Congress's traditional authority?" Try reading the U.S. Constitution, Lester, you coward. It's the Constitution (not "tradition") that gives Congress its authority. Musk has ZERO legal authority to be doing what he's doing. His acts are criminal.

I surely hope there are secure backups safely stored off-site, ready to be restored once the hackers and data miners and cyber terrorists are forced out the government buildings.
