@hrw.org exposes inequities in how #NewJersey kids get tried as adults. Prosecutors have too much power & geographic & racial disparities are rampant.

Former NJ Sup Ct Justice Albin applauds the findings: “It is a basic concept of justice that similarly situated people should be treated the same.”
