“What should I do,if I have bloating?”
Start with small:
- remove potential triggers,such as gluten and dairy
- support digestion with deep breathing before meals and proper chewing
- add lemon&ginger water in the morning
- add gut healing foods as bone broth

And it will be a rainbow meal with fiber/fats/carbs/proteins - everything you need to feel satiated and energized after eating. 💚

- sprouted bread
- avocado
- goat cheese
- greens
- tomatoes
- balsamic
- Himalayan salt

- Greek yogurt
- chia seeds
- peach
- banana
- almond butter

Wait for 10min for chia seeds to absorb the water from yogurt. Enjoy!

Perfect summer salad recipe:
- watermelon
- olives
- feta cheese
- rucola
- peach
- onion
- red pepper
- beets
- quinoa
- olive oil & lemon dressing

Pair with whole grain bread and eggs to make it a good nutritious meal.
