If pt helps you, may I suggest the migraine yoga by Adrienne on YouTube. I cry through it every time but ultimately has always lessened the pressure of major migraines and sometimes made the recurring headaches completely cease. Feel free to dm me too, I know how isolating chronic pain is. 🫂

But ultimately we think it’s more linked to stress, sleep patterns, shifts in weather pressure and possibly my hypermobility (poor posture causing head/neck pain). I need to be in pt but my insurance won’t cover it ofc.
