But I guess this shows are clear lack in understanding and education on the UN and it’s bodies. And it would be shame if your content would be gone 😔

The reason for that is that it is the only methodology in those cases that is respectfull of the human rights of the patient, by respecting their dignity with the right to a treatment based on free and informed consent.

The second issue is regarding classifying a diagnosis method as not covered, because a ‚participatory procedure‘ is considered as something novel. This is deeply proplematic as for many conditions that touch the inner experience a ‚participatory procedure‘ is widely used in practice.

There is many issues with this. One being the competent authorities have never evaluated any treatment of Genderinkongruenz(or whatever it was known under before). 1987 over 35 years ago the constitutional court ruled in favor of treatment being covered. Since the coverage was based on such rulings.

In general the recent court decission of the federal social court is disastrous and sets a unsettling precedent. The diagnosis procedure of Genderincongruenz is generally put into question. The basis is that it’s ‚participatory procedure‘ is to be considered as a new method.

I thought I was Non-Binary when I started to transition, telling my medical professional was the biggest error I did.
Now I know I am not, but if you are Enby just don’t tell any medical professional in this country.

Bei mir geht es nicht um gleitgel beim sex (müßen die meisten sowie so).
Das mit der Fischhaut z.B. reduziert potentiell risiken und könnte weniger komplikationen haben (braucht noch bessere Studienlage). Tunica kommt aus dem Hoden ist also sowieso verfügbar.

Ich selber bin noch sehr unsicher weil ich für mich aus persönlichen & gesundheitlich Gründen ein teil echter Schleimhaut für notwendig halte.

Ich frage mich ob bei low depth PI es in Zukunft nachgeholt werden kann.

Alternativen zu Vollhaut:
• Bauchfell
• Tunica Vulgaris
• Grimmdarm
• Dezellularisierte Fischhaut (wird in Brazillien und
Kolumbien mit PI kombiniert anstatt Hodenhaut. Material in D. für Brandwunden derzeit in Diskussion für Kostenübernahme der Kassen beim G-BA)
