Another benefit would also have been that an artist probably would have told them that this idea is utter crap, and could have given it a sensitivity check by using common sense. Apparently something both AI art and labour are devoid of.

I know its excused as a meme, oh its just for fun. But is it really? Yeah its ridiculous (not sure if that was the intentiont tho). But Its also advertisement for labour. Isnt it important to get that right? The messaging of using AI rather than paying a person is not reflecting well on them tbh.

Run it through a thing and call it a day. No love or respect for creativity, art or artists. Its like a spit in the face. "Ah mate we rather have this shitty disgusting blob that is 'almost, but not quite, entirely unlike art' rather than pay an actual person that needs to live.

Ignoring the messaging for a moment:
I just really really hate this AI garbage stuff, makes me sick. Like at least go through the effort to check that the animals dont keep mutating into humans, loose their pants and maybe correct mistakes manually. But no. Cant even be arsed with the bare minimum
