I love the effort people who LOVE books and reading put INTO books and reading. Like, when people love an author/series and they go HARD for that author/series, just because they want to share that world with other people, share that emotion. It’s very pure (in general). #booksky

My kiddo and I were just talking about books/movies, and I mentioned one from “when I was in college, like 20 years ago”. She did her best not to laugh, but she was struggling so I asked her what was funny. She said, “Mom, 20 years ago was 2005”. I’m trying hard not to be offended by that truth.

My kids and I were talking today about books we loved when we were little (it’s hilarious to hear my 8 year old reminiscing about “when she was a little kid”), and I remembered the following, absolutely smashing stories. What were your lesser known faves?

My 15 year old sent this to me and we were laughing over it the entire way to school. I adore this kid. I feel really lucky to have kiddos who love reading.
