I'm all excited and wandering the website now!

I think of it as I'm not flakey, my body is what's undependable, not my intentions or care or commitment. I'm not off frolicking somewhere instead of making it to the birthday party etc. I'm not even well for my own birthday some years. This is hard to explain to generally never sick people.

Sometimes I do both a Pros and Cons list AND write out a "worst possible outcome" of each one.
