Ya that sounds frustrating. My fav author mainly writes 3rd person, but she subtly shifts character perspective without shifting writing perspective. The 3rd person narration will pick up traits of the focus character.
Ex. "Her father would be very upset with her"
Vs
"Her daddy's gonna kill her"
Ex. "Her father would be very upset with her"
Vs

Is it true that Blue Prince was given the award? Why not a different game that had been Nominated? That's what gets me. There were 5 other nominees and not a single one of them got the passed buck? Or am I misinformed?

I read a book that was almost all 3rd person except for occasional moments where it should swith to 1st for the VILLAIN. And it really helps you HATE HIS GUTS!
