As an educator, who still writes hand written notes to synthesise and process what I’m hearing, I despair at the folly of giving young and developing brains tools that will stifle their development of critical thinking and how to really use language. And deny them the joy of creating.

Maybe it’s not us it’s tech. Tech brought to us by billionaires who want to control the world through tech. This is not us choosing the society we want to live in- this is tech billionaires deciding it for us- while they piss off to Mars.

And I’m sorry for being angry at the LNP guy handing out how to vote LNP flyers and lecturing people on the issues- but not sorry about my arguments

I love that we are made to vote- even if you think you may have no choice you do and it’s important to make an informed vote. Even if it comes down to the lesser of two evils, having the right to vote is a precious thing

Trump’s tariffs are nuts and hurting people around the globe. I have to postpone retirement plans. We are now in unchartered territory. The end of capitalism.

I’ll be there in spirit- bit far to come from Australia. What really bugs me - my retirement savings have tanked- and I didn’t even get to vote.
