OSM can gladly reach out to me at ura.design if they would like some pro bono support, but I‘d rather use my efforts with projects which welcome brand and UX improvements, rather than those resistant to it.

Long Covid brings in quite a lot of digestive issues so I would say it's on the rise.

The way to build a resilient forum for public conversation that lasts for the long-term is to build it on an open protocol, like the web itself. Services like websites can be built on top, but each can be run differently, and if users can easily move it keeps services accountable to users.
