I admit I clicked on this but only hoping for the small chance that it said “ICE and immigration enforcement”. (it was… laptops)

for everyone with strong opinions on how free fares are bad for transit: this is the same conversation. $28m a year not being spent on frequency, speed, or capacity

I have been waiting for someone to explain this! the simultaneous projects are a result of the IIJA, and should be* bragged about not complained about

* if one is interested in status quo transportation infrastructure

it’s the 18!

which starts/ends downtown on Nicollet Mall… you know, where some people are trying to remove the buses from the transitway
July 16, 2025 at 11:17 PM

i enjoyed the profile of the Target CEO and CEO Jr. in the paper. just quote after quote shrugging about what their customers think or how anything works. the deep ignorance and faith contained in this statement!
June 29, 2025 at 2:25 PM
regarding the City of Minneapolis, you absolutely do NOT have to hand it to them. The bus lanes are Hennepin County’s!

Blue Line and Green Line have both lost ridership year over year. And both have had reduction in capacity, operated at low frequency, and even then had terrible on-time performance
June 8, 2025 at 2:14 PM
specifically the scenario that the ridership built since 2020 was pretty much the ridership long term. meeting the important travel needs of a small demographic
