Elijah was rescued by local police from a hoarder in 2017. Getting him ready for adoption required 2 months. When he appeared without a temporary name I scooted up to the shelter and brought him home. Still skittish at 12 he only meows when in the car headed to Vienna Animal Hospital for care.
