In addition, the integration of a coherent network of universities, exemplified by the UK's CASCADE consortium, further strengthens these exchanges by establishing relationships that promote a diversity of dialogues between actors at local, regional, and global scales.

In this paper, we highlight the importance of the Technical and Scientific Cooperation Support Centres to support the UN Biodiversity Kunming-Montréal Global Biodiversity Framework, through improved exchange of information and knowledge between Parties in the same region.

In this paper, we highlight the importance of the Technical and Scientific Cooperation Support Centres to support the UN Biodiversity Kunming-Montréal Global Biodiversity Framework, through improved exchange of information and knowledge between Parties in the same region.
Through a network analysis of the actors involved in the National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plans (NBSAPs) of 51 African countries, we assessed the expected contributions of academic institutions as knowledge providers and facilitators within national biodiversity strategies.
