In an interview with Al Jazeera, the official described the appalling scale of displacement, with 1.9 million people now uprooted from their homes.</p>
<p>“Indiscriminate attacks on civilians and health workers have left no safe place for children, civilians, or health staff in Gaza,” they said.</p>
<p>The humanitarian crisis continues to escalate as over 50 trucks of aid remain stuck, unable to reach those in desperate need, said Save the Children’s.</p>
