Some people claim that there's a woman to blame, but I know it's my own damned fault.
So I went down a rabbit hole today, and spent time on Reddit.

If you want first hand accounts of what our government is doing to federal employees, and how underhanded they are, check out subreddits /fednews, /govfire, /vha_human_resources, and some others.

Mississippi folks, have you heard of any one challenging Guest this time? Someone who has a chance?

Or is he gonna just slide back into office again because, you know, Mississippi?

In regards to the five bullet points email, why is no one talking about how OPM is not in the chain of command of any Department, and have no statutory reason to know what federal employees have done. That is the purview of their supervisor up through the Cabinet Secretary.

Serious question, once trump decimates immigrants, legal or otherwise, rolls back the civil rights gains, and effectively destroys civil service, what group is he going after next?

Dictators need an enemy to retain power, but the more he destroys, the smaller the circle of the "approved" remains.

Republicans are basically giving the Democrats the mid term elections, if they don't f up in the comms.

Get some young people on the national team that knows how information spreads through Millennials, Gen Z, Gen Alpha, whatever.

And learn to flood the zone like the RW media does.

Question. Since Elmo is a government employee AND a contractor, and he also bought Twitter (with money tied to KSA), why isn't any Democrat raising the alarm that or filing suit demanding to see the algorithms he used to promote right wing accounts before the elections?

Seems like elex interference

The algorithms on the Elmo Network are too much this morning.

I need to come here for a little peace

Top Dem on the House Intel Committee Jim Himes says in a statement that he understands that the White House “insisted” on the CIA transmitting the list in an unclassified email
New via NYT — The CIA sent the White House an unclassified email listing all employees hired by the spy agency over the last two years to comply with an executive order to shrink the federal work force. One former agency officer called the reporting of names a “counterintelligence disaster.”

Thoughts about a post I saw on F$B..

Dems need to put systems in place NOW to ensure we still have midterm elections.

This must include exposing the RW influencers and mediasphere and who they take marching orders from.
February 5, 2025 at 11:18 PM
You've got a be f'ing kidding me.

If that email was sent without the appropriate end to end encryption, then it's likely our adversaries now have the names of all these employees.

And don't think field agents aren't the only ones that can be targeted.

So who's in charge of guarding the prisoners sent to GITMO? The military or ICE/DOJ?

And how do we know these are actually dangerous individuals,? Why haven't they been repatriated to their home country at a much smaller cost?

And do they have access to consular services?

If the US Attorney is serious about prosecuting people for simply posting the names of federal employees online, there's a guy with a massive platform who did this to a bunch of federal employees last November:

Rankin County friends, do any of you have an opinion (🤣) on Fred Shanks?

Gotta be honest, I've seen some of his FB posts and he seems friendly enough, but don't know much about him or his politics.

Damn......

Lots of Elmo stan-bots being deployed on the Twit today.

Guess he's taking that pushback seriously.

Since ICE is very publicly announcing apprehensions of violent immigrants here illegally less than a week into the new term, it occurs to me that they knew where these people were for some time, and decided to wait until a new regime, more to their liking, was in office.

If he's not careful, it's gonna be called the Gulf of China.

Mexico and Central America aren't beholden to the US, and China has been making inroads in the area.

People who do not realize this maybe shouldn't be in foreign policy positions coming up

Elmo's got the algorithm seriously f'd right now. Seeing almost all the dumbest and dangerous accounts right now.

It's almost as if Twitter is the embodiment of the effects of Norovirus.

If Elmo really did encourage people to seek a diagnosis from Grok, then this is medical malpractice, and state medical boards should be demanding investigations.

Consider this:

Out of all of trump's picks so far, MAGA Congresscritters and the Russian paid RW media sphere seem to be losing their shit trying to get Gaetz in as AG.

Why would you tie yourself to prob the most unqualified and compromised nominee? What don't we know?

I think Biden should direct the DoJ to release as much info as possible about this, and the foreign connection to so many right wing influencers. Tenet Media was just the tip of the iceberg.

trump uses these influencers as a proxy press office/ad campaign.
