I understand it's not amazing, but I appreciate that money largely gets reinvested rather than going to shareholders. I'm no expert, but a quick search seems to state that many rivers in the UK are not good, but wales seems to do well by comparison.

If the tomatoes have citric acid added, it needs to be labelled in uk, so I'm assuming EU will be the same.

Just posted this on WOL. A few weeks ago, they ran an article that included Stuart Lancaster and Conor O'Shea. Seems most of the good candidates have dipped leaving Kingsley and the director of the Dragons!!!🙄

One of the hardest things to reduce UPF I've found is bread. And so I've started to make my own... The biggest surprise for me is how easy it is, and the pride I have upon taking them out of the oven. This is my first attempt last October!
