Why'd you pick the 7600x and not the 7600 (non-x)?
It has a slightly lower clock speed, but saves money in terms of including a stock cooler + more budget for the graphics card.
I saw Luke on the WAN show pick it as well, but I presume that's because he isn't up to date on how the naming works.

I'd offer Australia but the price of our housing stupidly high. Sydney, the second largest city now behind Melbourne has the second-most expensive housing behind only Hong Kong.
