I'm not fully convinced Vox will get a "Steven Universe"-style redemption arc, but of the Vees he's definitely who'd be most likely as foil to Al's collapse; the flashback we saw in Ep4 adds credence to that.

As I said above, I think his parting quip to Charlie might be more sincere than we think.

Here's some of my own #HazbinHotel theorizing regarding Vox and Alastor's character arcs following the new episodes today~
Screenshot of a post on Reddit underneath a picture of Vox and Alastor from Hazbin Hotel that reads: They're two sides of the same loser coin: Alastor acts like hot shit but basically paid his way to the top, and Vox wants to be the king of the mountain but is only competent as one part of a greater trinity of losers 😂 the moment either of them get cocky they're quickly reminded their place, and it ain't at the top. The only difference between them (as far as we know rn) is that Vox actually *earned* his position as Overlord, while Alastor "cheated" to get his status. Could be an interesting analogy to the whole "nepotism vs. networking" thing IRL; you can claw your way up from the ground floor using every connection you have, but you're still gonna lose that big promotion to the CEO's incompetent, asshole son. I bet you we're gonna see Vox get his ass handed to him by Abel or Sera or some other Archangel in the S2 finale just like Alastor got wrecked by Adam, but what I'm interested to see is if he handles the loss/humiliation better than Al is rn and actually learns from it & grows as a person, as unlikely as that may be; him asking Charlie "am I redeemable?" could turn out to not be quite so much of a sarcastic remark as it's looking currently when all's said and done... And then on the other side we see Alastor keep sinking further and further down to pathetic levels after failing to come out from Rosie's grip, possibly becoming the next big bad once he crashes out. Who knows?

An example of a "Drawover" edit, in which one or more OCs takes the place of the existing character(s) in a screengrab/frame. The range of editing for something like this can vary drastically depending on your OC's body-type or desired pose, so the sky's the limit! An example of a "Modification" edit, in which the character(s) in the provided screengrab has their pose/proportions/features/etc. altered in some way. In this shot, only a single character has been modified (guess which one 😘), but all three characters could have been modified for $45 each, or an OC could have been added/Drawnover one of the existing characters. An example of a "Recontextualized" edit, in which an existing screengrab is significantly altered in such a way that the original context of the shot has been entirely changed. In this case, Beefcake!Stygian (the horse looking at his rear) and Smol!Rockhoof (the little guy on far right) were either added in from another shot or drawn/"built" from scratch, with the shot of Starswirl being the only original element of the screengrab. An example of a "Unique" edit, in which the characters/background/other elements have been taken from entirely different sources and edited + combined to create a completely new image; in this case, a fake screenshot of an episode of MLP in which Rockhoof & Stygian are exposed to Poison Joke and swap body types 😉
