I use a brown sugar substitute in ours and it's so good. I never tried celery seed powder and will do that next batch!

We have Catmint growing and the bumblebees love it. It's beautiful and tolerates drought or drowning - we've done both. Give it a midsummer haircut and it blooms again. It's almost indestructible.
