With our new administration already walking back our climate and EJ commitments on Day 1, we need state leaders to step up and do the right thing. Governor Hochul's budget's disregard for the climate crisis and our DACs it hits the hardest is unacceptable.

This is so important. Saw illustrations of this at Rikers and the Boat- toxic waste, mold, leaking sewage- our jails and prisons are environmental dumping grounds. Abolition and environmental justice are closely linked.
