It's the "I won't forget" bit that suggests an immediate ethics inquiry of the Chief Justice. We know the ethical failings of Alito, Thomas and Kavanaugh. Roberts supports far right priorities - - frequently an anti-constitutionalist. But until now, not suspected of receiving personal benefit.
