That's why I think the Arsenal CEO should give importance to the women's team; they've already shown they can win a Champions League and they can win much more. However, they're making mistakes where they shouldn't, which is in recruiting players who fit the coach's tactical scheme.

I might be wrong, but this recruitment team needs to be reviewed. It seems like they're just hiring whoever comes along, people who have nothing to do with the position and don't fit into the coach's tactical scheme, and the coach can't find a solution for it. The women's section is a mess.

I think the problem is the restructuring that hasn't happened yet, which is why it's too early to talk about Renée's management, because I think she has one thing in mind, but some of these players aren't performing on the field.

I'm confused about what Renée wants to do. I knew before, but not anymore. I think it's a matter of details, but she seems a bit lost with the tactics, and she's also overloading some of the players.

I think what's missing is a natural DM (Defensive Midfielder), Arsenal is the only team I know that doesn't have that specific player, and now it's taking its toll.
